Youth programs:

  • Tiny Thai Boxers (3-7 yo)
  • Tiny Thai boxers is a fun dynamic workout that teaches the basic strikes of Muay Thai in a fun, safe, structured environment that promotes discipline, confidence, and teamwork.

  • Thai Warriors (8-13 yo)
  • Thai Warriors class advances on the skills and techniques acquired in the Tiny Thai Boxers class. This class develops structure, discipline, teamwork, and advanced striking skills. The goal of this class is to equip the student with the confidence and necessary skills to transition into the adult classes.

Adult Programs:

  • Adult Muay Thai (14 & up)
  • In this class you will work with a partner learning the art of eight limbs in a safe environment. This class teaches punches, kicks, elbows, and knees that can be used for self defense or building a foundation for competitive martial arts. Regardless of your intentions, it is a great workout!

  • Cardio Kickboxing
  • The cardio kickboxing class is a popular class that incorporates high intensity interval training (HIIT) and basic techniques of striking on heavy bags while achieving an intense cardio workout.

  • Strength and Conditioning
  • Strength and conditioning class is a combination of cardio conditioning and increasing muscular strength and endurance while incorporating Muay Thai training. Conditioning is achieved through the execution of striking combinations in combat style rounds. Muscular strength and endurance is gained through the eccentric and isometric muscle contractions necessary while holding pads for a partner executing striking combinations.
